How is the scorecard generated?
A scoring engine processes the CV across six dimensions (Skills Match, Experience Depth, Industry Fit, Education & Certs, Stability & Risk, Communication) using 200+ parameters. The founder then reviews flagged items and JD-match evidence for accuracy before sending. It's not a black-box — every flag has reasoning attached.
Is candidate data secure?
Candidate CVs are processed for the specific scorecard request and not stored beyond 30 days. We don't redistribute, share, or use candidate data for training. Each scorecard is generated for the requesting recruiter's evaluation use only.
What if the scorecard doesn't fit my workflow?
The pilot is free precisely so you can find that out without risk. If the format doesn't work for you after 5 scorecards, no problem — we'd love your feedback on what would have worked better. No fault, no exit fee, no awkward conversation.
What about pricing after pilot?
Founding rates: ₹999 per single scorecard, ₹7,999 for a pack of 10, ₹14,999/month retainer for 30 scorecards. Pilot recruiters who continue stay on these rates indefinitely. Standard pricing rolls out after 20+ pilots — pilot customers are grandfathered.
Can you handle bulk / batch screening?
Currently single-CV-at-a-time. Batch screening across 20+ candidates with comparative ranking is on the roadmap (Phase 1B), not yet live. Pilot recruiters help shape what this looks like.
What industries does it work for?
Engine has 24 industry tool banks and 29 firm-specific grade taxonomies — strongest in Legal & Compliance, Education, Defence/Aerospace, Healthcare, IT/Tech, Fintech, and Big4 consulting. If your candidates are in a niche we haven't calibrated for yet, the framework still applies — just tell us upfront.
